Wolf Global all started out a few Instagram engagement groups hosted on Telegram. We took the simple concept of community and expanded it into not only multiple groups, but eventually a social media agency. We’ve spent a lot of time on developing our agency. However recently we’ve realized it’s time to get back to basics. Behind the scenes we’ve been working hard to rebuild the quality of our groups. And with that said we develop a brand new moderation bot to manage them. We’re so excited to announce that our new Wolf Global Bot is now live in all groups! This does mean some slight changes, but generally your experience as a member will not be too different. Before we dive into these updates let’s explain what engagement groups are, for those who are new to Wolf Global.
What Are Instagram Engagement Groups?
Engagement groups have been around for a few years now. When Instagram moved over to algorithmic feed in 2017 many users saw a huge decrease in engagement. This was especially the case for bloggers, influencers and content creators who’s numbers drop drastically. In order to solve that problem people started creating small engagement pods with their friends. The concept spread like wildfire and it wasn’t long before larger Instagram engagement groups started popping up on 3rd party messaging apps like Telegram.
To simplify things, engagement groups are places where people can exchange likes and comments on social media platforms. Instagram engagement groups are probably the most popular of them all. Groups can be for either likes or comments and likes. Generally there is a cycle set for a group, meaning the amount of engagement you’ll exchange. Some groups can be 24hrs, meaning you catch up on all the links shared within the past 24 hours. Other groups might be a shorter cycle of 5, so you’d only need to catch up on the last 5 links. Every group usually has its own set of rules and requirements that members must follow.
How to Join Wolf Global Groups
Joining Wolf Global Groups is easy. To start you need to download the Telegram app, which is available for mobile and desktop devices. Once you have Telegram you can join our Instagram engagement groups via our Entry Channel. This is a Telegram channel where you’ll find all the links to our groups.
We have a variety of groups open to all members with different engagement requirements. In addition to generalized groups, we also have ones that focus on niche specific content. As of now we cover the most popular niches on Instagram: Fashion & Beauty, Travel & Food, Fitness & Health. In the future we plan to expand our niche offerings to other categories.
It’s important to carefully read the rules for every group before you begin, in order to respect group etiquette. Rules can be found pinned to the top of each group feed. It’s also recommended that you join our Wolf Global 101 and Wolf News & Updates channels to get familiar with our community. Links to those channels can also be found in our Entry Channel.
Updates to WG Instagram Engagement Groups
New Moderation Bot
We are really excited to integrate a new moderation bot into the Wolf Global community. The Wolf Global Bot will work similarly to bots we’ve had in the past, with some minor changes. This new moderation system for our Instagram engagement groups is responsible for moderation and chat maintenance. This will ensure not only honest participation from all members, but also keep feeds clean from spa, long links and incorrect formats. Should there be any issues with your drop, the Wolf Global Bot will catch it instantly and issue a message based on the violation with instructions on how to resolve it.
Group Support System
One change for members is out bot will not longer handle support inquiries. In the past, members could use our bot to create a support ticket for general inquiries, warns/bans and to report members abusing the community. For now members who need any support are encourage to email ops@wolfglobal.org. However our team is working on developing a new system for our members to use for support requests. We don’t a launch date just yet, but we will update members in our News & Updates channel.
Rebuilding Member Numbers
In addition to our new bot, part of rebuilding the community is to build membership in our groups. We’re working on attracting new members to participate in our groups, to speed up cycles and increase engagement. Over the next few weeks you should notice new members participating in our groups.
We’re so exciting for all the new life that is coming into Wolf Global groups, and we hope you are too.Stay tuned for more updates as we roll things out!
